Exchanges/Returns Policy & Procedures

We understand that sometimes, things just don't work out. Please allow us to work with you to ensure we can find the best solution for your Geopetric purchase.

The first step to take if you have a problem with the Geopetric order you received and need to make an exchange/return is:

E-mail info@geopetric.com to make a formal request for an exchange/return. Please be sure to include the following information: 

  • Include in the email request your first & last name on the original order
  • Include your original order #
  • Include the specific product you wish to exchange/return and the reason for the request as well as the size you wish to exchange for where appropriate

By providing us with this information, we will be able to facilitate your exchange/return request in a more efficient manner. Once your request has been received and a member of our team has reviewed and found your request eligible, you will be contacted with how to proceed and facilitate your exchange/return.

Exchanges/Returns Policy/Eligibility/Terms

ALL exchange/return requests must be placed within 7 days of product delivery date. All approved exchanges/returns must be mailed back within the specified mailing time frame provided in your exchange/return approval. Please remember, you are responsible for your product until it has been safely delivered to the Geopetric offices. Please be sure to package products carefully and we recommend tracking your package and retaining insurance on your shipment.

Exchanges/Returns Conditions: Shipping fees will be at the expense of the customer unless otherwise indicated by Geopetric. Product must be in unused, unworn condition and delivered back to Geopetric in original condition. Original shipping fees are not eligible for refund. For exchanges re-shipping fees will be assessed.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS (possible exclusions to exchanges may apply):

  • Puppy Starter Kits: these items are packaged in a set at discounted pricing and include a 50% off coupon. It the set does not fit or a piece of the set does not fit, you may use the included kit discount to meet your additional product needs.
  • Orders placed using Affiliate partner discounts (with or without customization): Affiliates are provided with unique discount benefits and may continue to use these unique benefits to place orders for products that meet their needs.
  • Custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Certain exceptions may be made where returns are not applicable and offered exchanges or merchandise credit. This is applicable for unique circumstances that fall outside of our standard policies and is based on a case by case basis and per approved requests.

    Products that are not eligible for returns we strongly advise that you donate the product to a local shelter or suggest that you partake in our P'UP'-Cycle Program to have Geopetric donate your product to one of our animal rescue partners and to receive a 50% off coupon to purchase future product based on your donation.

     REQUIRED FOR ALL EXCHANGES/RETURNS TO BE FINALIZED

    An exchange/return request must be submitted and approved by Geopetric. Eligible exchange/return items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Finalized returns will be based upon approval of product condition.
