Shipping

Geopetric orders ship via USPS ground service. Geopetric strongly advises domestic customers (US based) to select our secure "signature required" shipping option at checkout. This ensures packages will not be delivered unless the customer is available to accept the package. Re-delivery attempts as well as local post information are provided for pick-up if preferred at no additional charge. Domestic orders ship on average between 2-8 business days and International orders ship on average 20 business days. 

Geopetric ships all orders by secure and insured shipper, USPS and their verified International partners. For any shipping issues, all customers must contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777. NOTE: Geopetric can not assist in filing any shipping claims. To file a claim, all customers must contact USPS customer service phone line or visit www.usps.com. Customers will need to provide a tracking number and delivery zip code. USPS customer service line may also provide access to local USPS consumer affairs contact for any additional shipping claims and to receive any refunds for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Geopetric is not responsible for delivered packages that are lost, stolen, or reported missing.
